The flow state is said to be a state where you dont use analytical thought but still cant daydream and have to focus in an activity that is somehow repetitive but that will not bring you frustration. Some people think its similar to alpha state. With this app you should be able to reach this state. Move mouse or finger around screen and point at the balls, you have to set the number you want at start and the color you prefer, after that they will be spawning untill you manage to make this number of balls disappear
