The goal of this app is to make Astral Projection/Shifting happen by stimulating sone neurons with some flashing colors that you will see with your eyes closed, just you need to find the best combination for you

You have to make the session you think could be good, select the colors the durations and all the steps and repeats, then hit PLAY with the phone screen facing towards you, close your eyes and it will start flashing colors in front of your closed eyes, this is known mechanism to reach hypnagogic state, its about trying different combinations that it will work better. I suggest you use a cardboard helmet to hold the phone instead of using your hands to hold it. Dont over work it, do it on your responsibility and if you feel tired stop and continue tomorrow.

The combinations of colors and times are saves in text you can copy and paste in the app, a personal combination im using is this one, feel free to share yours in comments as well as what you observe, with this i observe some tunnels of light

When used in phone. Set screen timeout to turn off to endless. Click on Run Tool, on bottom right click the button to make it full screen. Leave this open in first plane and click start to make it run, close your eyes to not see the colors directly
